CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and No Show

  • Reservations are automatically cancelled after 2 hours of expected arrival time during off or peak season. To avoid this, we should certainly have the correct flight number if the renter is arriving by plane.

GAS

Fuel Options

  • RECEIVE WITH SOME AMOUNT OF FUEL AND RETURN AS RECEIVED. (no refund for unused fuel) THE MISSING FUEL WILL BE CHARGED BY THE COMMON RATE.

Geographical Limitations

  • Rentals are not permitted to leave Turkey.

Mileage Cap

  • We have an unlimited mileage policy for the rentals exceeding 5 days. For 5 days and less rentals, the renters are subject to a mileage cap of 200 free km/day and $0,15/km above this amount, totaling over the entire rental period.

INSURANCE

CDW

  • CDW is included in the prices and the client is not responsible for all collision damage to the Vehicle if someone else caused and has been found quilty. Under such this case, the client must contact the local Police Department and obtain an accident report. Failure to obtain an accident report will void CDW.
  • However, the client is responsible for all collision damage to the Vehicle if the renter caused it or the cause is unknown. The client is responsible for the cost of repair up to the value of the Vehicle, towing, storage, and impound fees.
  • The client’s own insurance, or the issuer of the credit card the client uses to pay for the rental, may cover all or part of the clients’ financial responsibility for damage to, or loss of the rented vehicle.
  • This can be waived if excess insurance is bought with the rates based on car class starting at $15/day.

Accepting Coverage

  • PAI is included in the prices up to the limits of Turkish traffic insurance policies say if there is another party included in the accident. Under such this case, the client must contact the local Police Department and obtain an accident report. Failure to obtain an accident report will void PAI.
  • The insurance(s) does not cover damage to or loss of tyres, windscreens, glasses and under vehicle. For damage to tires, windscreen and glasses, there is another extra insurance called TWG. This can be waived if excess insurance is bought with the rates starting at $10/day.

PAYMENT

Payment

  • Cash Only YES + credit card for DEPOSIT AMOUNT
  • MasterCard YES/the name on the driver license must match exactly the imprinted name on the credit card.
  • Visa YES/the name on the driver license must match exactly the imprinted name on the credit card.

RULES

Rental Requirements

  • Any damage to the vehicle done by driver's negligence (burnt clutch, damage due the driving on unsealed roads, parking the car on high sidewalk curbs etc.) will be charged to the client for the FULL AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR COST.
  • Wrong fuel - If client used the wrong fuel when filling the car, FULL AMOUNT OF THE REPAIR COST will be charged to the client.
  • If the vehicle is returned in an unacceptable state, and the interior of the vehicle is unacceptably dirty and in need of extra cleaning or repair costs (cigarette burns on seating etc.), a MINIMUM ‘Extra cleaning’ charge of 120 $ will apply
  • The police may just take the plate number and report as the traffic fine without any notice for using cell phones while driving.

      Parking Ticket Violations

      • Parking and speeding fines - Parking and speeding fines plus an administration fee of 30 $ will be charged to the client.

      Drivers License

      • The licence must not be expired and must remain valid for the duration of the rental.
      • The licence must match the renter who is renting the vehicle.
      • The licence should read in Latin letters.

      VIOLATIONS

      • Using Tollways, You will also be receiving another page from our colleague regarding the pass from the bridges and tollways. This is really important because there is 11 times of a penalty if the required is not done.

      Additional Driver

      • We accept 2 additional drivers. 1st additional driver is 2$/day, the 2nd additional driver is 4$/day. The additional driver(s) must qualify in the same manner as the primary driver and will also be held responsible for the payment or the damage.

      Underage

      • We rent to 21 and up, depending on car class. Rates start at $10/day.
